Teutopolis Halloween

Liam Goldstein, 10, holds an umbrella in tow as he watches the Teutopolis Halloween Parade Friday in weather comfortable enough for everyone’s favorite sea sponge, SpongeBob SquarePants. Goldstein and hundreds of children in T-Town got a headstart on their candy collecting at the parade, which featured the Teutopolis Fire Protection District and the Teutopolis High School Marching Band. Effingham’s kids will get their opportunity to unleash their sweet tooth Sunday, when Sunrise Rotary holds its parade at 1 p.m.
