On Tuesday, the Effingham County Health Department received notice of 48 new positive COVID-19 test results. The cases range in age from younger than 10 to 90s.

Illinois Region 6 seven-day rolling positivity rate remains at 14% through Nov. 14, while Effingham County rolling positivity was 24.8% for the same period.
