Thomas “Joe” Mast, 58, of Orange Park, Fla., beloved husband, father, son, brother and friend, died at home after a lengthy illness Thursday, Jan. 17, 2008.

“Come home, come home.” Vella B. Jones, 97, of Shelbyville passed away at 9:16 a.m. Monday, Jan. 21, 2008, at Shelbyville Manor.

Private funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Lockart-Green Funeral Home in Shelbyville. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. James B. Rettig, 47, of Beecher City, truck driver for Hill Brothers Trucking of Omaha, Neb., and U.S. Army veteran, died at 9:15 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 20, 2008, at home.

The funeral was today at Lockart-Green Funeral Home, Beecher City, with the Rev. Dennis Warner officiating. Interment will be at a later date in Arkansas.
