Henrietta P. Beccue, 78, of Altamont died at 1:12 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 20, 2008, at St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital, Effingham.

Greenup

Eunice Decker, 90, of Greenup passed away at 5:30 a.m. Sunday,

Jan. 20, 2008, at Cumberland Rehab & Health Care Center, Greenup.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Bishop Funeral Home, Greenup, with the Rev. Marvin Shaw officiating. Burial will be in Harmony Cemetery, rural Greenup. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. In loving memory of Eunice, memorials may be made to Clear Creek Baptist Church.





Vivian Marshall

Newton

Vivian M. Marshall, 91, of Newton passed away at 12:50 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2008, at Richland Care and Rehab in Olney.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Crain Funeral Home, Newton, with Pastor Phil Boyd officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery, Newton. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southeastern Illinois.



James Stine

Brownstown

James R. Stine, 63, of Brownstown, formerly of Effingham, died at 9:28 a.m. Friday, Jan. 18, 2008, at home.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Johnson Funeral Home, Effingham. Burial will be in Stewardson Cemetery, Stewardson, with military graveside rites. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice.



Linda Toothaker

Linda M. (Brooks) Toothaker, 55, of Effingham died at 12:05 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2008, at Evergreen Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Effingham.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. Johnson Funeral Home, Effingham, is in charge of arrangements.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Paul (Blue Point) Lutheran Church, rural Altamont, with the Rev. David Speers officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul (Blue Point) Lutheran Church Cemetery, rural Altamont. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Gieseking Funeral Home, Altamont, and one hour prior to the funeral at the church. Memorials may be made to St. Paul (Blue Point) Lutheran Church, to the church cemetery, Lutheran Care Center, Altamont, or the donor’s choice.
