EFFINGHAM — Resurfacing of North Oceola Street from Park Hills Drive to West Evergreen Avenue in Effingham has been canceled today due to rain. It has been rescheduled for tomorrow, July 3, according to a news release from Effingham City Engineering Department. The street will be closed to all traffic from noon to 8 p.m.
