Applications are still available for the Effingham Homeowner Rehabilitation Grant.
City Administrator James Arndt said 36 of the 50 available $7,800 grants have been set, with 14 more available. Of those 14 available spots, three are still available for those with special needs. The application deadline is March 31. The grant funds home repairs, such as siding, roof, window and heating/air conditioning.
