Neoga Booster Club Frightmare 2009
NEOGA — 8 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Oct. 30 and 31, at former Short Furniture location, 625 Chestnut Ave., Neoga. Admission is $5. A "Spook Friendly" lights on tour will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Oct. 24 with $3 admission.

STE. MARIE — 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays, Oct. 30 and 31 at Ste. Marie Firehouse, next to Hideout Restaurant. Cost is $5.

Fifth Annual Pumpkin Patch
Through Friday, Oct. 30, at First Church of God, 2600 S. Banker, Effingham. Games, mazes, snacks, pumpkins and gourds. Open from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 4 to 8 p.m. Fridays, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturdays, and 1 to 7 p.m. Sundays. Oct. 24 is Saturday Fun Day with free inflatable games, face painting from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.; concessions all day; singspiration at 4 p.m, all singers and musicians welcome.
