Old Settler’s Reunion

— Effingham County Old Settler’s Reunion is set for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, on the old Effingham County Courthouse lawn in Effingham.
The event will include historical reenactors, antique displays, kids’ activities, refreshments, carriage rides, music and pictures at the historical cannon.
Effingham County Cultural Center and Museum Association is sponsoring the event.
Anyone who has lived in Effingham County for 30 years or more qualifies as an old settler.
Awards will be presented at 2 p.m.
