CHARLESTON Celebration: Festival of the Arts will run Friday, April 25, through Sunday, April 27, at Eastern Illinois University, Charleston.
The festival will feature a variety of indoor and outdoor programs and arts activities throughout the three-day event. Admission to the festival is free.

Friday, April 25
11:30 a.m. Food booths open; EIU Jazz Lab Band on the Quad Stage
Noon How green are you? Library Quad; Second Annual Celebration Bags Tournament, Library Quad
12:45 p.m. Little Boy Jr., Quad Stage
2 p.m. Roses and Sake, Quad Stage
4 p.m. American English, voted number one Beatles tribute band, Quad Stage
6:15 p.m. EIU Collegiate Band Concert Band, Quad Stage
6:30 p.m. Sing-A-Long Sound of Music sponsored by the Charleston Community Theatre and the Tarble Arts Center Roberson Auditorium, Lumpkin Hall; tickets: $10 adults, $8 seniors, $5 students (EIU and high school), $3 youth (under 14)
Saturday, April 26
10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Art Fair, Library Quad
10 a.m. The Littlest Dancer Lecture and Demonstration featuring performances by McAfee North Gym and Nova Scotians Latin, jazz and folk rock, Quad Stage
11 a.m. Meet Clifford the Big Red Dog, Library Quad, sponsored by WEIU TV

11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Prairie Plant Sale, sponsored by the Botany Club
