‘Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon’
Coming soon to an Effingham Junior High School near you ... get ready for the most bone-chilling display of rampaging fairy tales you have ever seen! See the three-headed pig battle the giant man-eating wof-o-bot in a terrifying death match.
Come and see the greatest actors this side of the Rio Grande as they tell you everything your parents didn’t about bedtime fairy tales. Cinderella, Rapunzel, even Sleeping Beauty as you’ve never seen them before — as they were originally intended, as one giant mega super story! See Little Red Riding Hood, The Frog Prince and even the tyrannical antics of the long forgotten but grossly underestimated Crab People. Who is the fairest of them all? Come and find out at 7 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, May 1, 2 and 3.
All of the famous stories as told by the story-gathering gurus, The Brothers Grimm. So iron your jeans, pick the kids up from soccer practice, and pack an extra pair of socks because the first ones are sure to be rocked off. Join Effingham Junior High School for the one-weekend-only extravaganza of the Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon.
Directed by Mallory Walls, produced by Donna Walls with assistant to the director and author of this narrative, Cameron Burry. Characterization by Drew Harlow and sound direction by Ally Hagen.
