---- — David Ordner Cassin, infant, died at 8 a.m. Sunday, June 16, 2013, at Prentice Women’s Hospital, Chicago.

A memorial graveside service and burial was Monday, June 24, with the Rev. Thomas Hurley officiating in All Saints Catholic Cemetery, Des Plaines.

David was born at 6:29 a.m. on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 16, 2013, to Bill and Elizabeth (Ordner) Cassin, Chicago. David’s death was due to Potter’s Syndrome. His family would like to thank everyone for the love, support and prayers offered during this difficult pregnancy, birth and death of David.

He is survived by his parents; his brother, Liam Thomas Cassin; grandparents, Thomas and Susan Ordner of Sigel and William and Karen Cassin of Park Ridge; and great-grandmother, Stella Probst of Effingham.

David was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Ambrose Probst, John and Mary Ordner, William and Johanna Cassin, Edwin Henriksen and Marion and Louis Groos; and his uncle, Thomas Ordner.
