---- — Mark Allen Worman, 48, of Clinton, Ind., passed away at 4:40 a.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2013, at his residence.
Memorial Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Anthony of Padua Church, Effingham, with the Rev. David Hoefler officiating. Cremation has been scheduled. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church. The family kindly suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Mark Worman Memorial Fund to assist with expenses with envelopes available in the church or c/o Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 N. 3rd St., West Terre Haute, IN 47885.
He was born July 25, 1964, in Effingham, to Ambrose Worman and Norma Habing Worman. Mark was a graduate St. Anthony High School in Effingham. He was a truck driver, and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Mark was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife, Donna Patrick Worman, whom he married Oct. 7, 2006, in Clinton, Ind.; one daughter, Christina Reeves and husband, Tim, of Clinton, Ind.; two sons, Sam Worman and Daniel Worman, both of Clinton, Ind.; two sisters, Linda Doedtman and husband, Gene, of Shumway, and Rita Butz and husband, Arlen, of Pearl, Miss.; two brothers, Dave Worman and wife, Jeanette, Worman of Effingham, and Carl Worman and wife, Marilyn, of Homewood; two grandchildren, Thomas and Timothy Reeves of Clinton, Ind.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
