---- — Albina Inez Jamison, 78, of Humboldt, IL, died Monday, Sept. 9, 2013, in her home.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. today, Sept. 14, in Watson Cemetery. McCracken-Dean Funeral Home, Pana, is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the charity of your choice. Online condolences may be left at www.mccrckendeanfuneralhome.com.
She was born May 16, 1935 in Watson, the daughter of William and Carrie Ledbetter Walker, deceased. Inez was a graduate of Watson High School. She lived in Mattoon from 1969 until moving to Humboldt in 1990. She had worked for Diamond Packing and was a homemaker. Inez Walker and Claude Leroy Jamison were married on May 28, 1953, in Effingham. They had been married for 54 years when he passed away on May 27, 2007.
She is survived by her children, Cheryl Duguid and husband Bill of Pembroke Pines, Fla.; James Jamison of Humboldt; Jessie Bond and husband James of Clinton; Claude “Butch” Jamison Jr. and wife Mona of Taylorville; Candra Brannin and husband Ron of Humboldt; and Bradley Jamison and wife Christy of Colorado Springs, Colo.; 18 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; brothers, Bob Walker and Tom Walker, both of Watson; and sisters, Sally Rush and Louise French, both of Watson, and “Sis” Prather of Lincoln. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one grandchild; brother, Bud Walker; and sisters, Glenna Arnold and Nora Rainey.
