---- — Jamie Lynn Schmohe, 32, of Effingham, entered into eternal rest at 5:40 p.m. Tuesday, September 17, 2013, at St. John’s Hospital, Springfield.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Pagel Funeral Home, Edgewood, with burial to follow in Brown Cemetery, rural Edgewood. Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Pagel Funeral Home and one hour prior to service on Saturday. Memorials are requested to Kidney Dialysis Foundation or Donor’s Choice.

Jamie was born on July 2, 1981, in Effingham, the daughter of James and Mary Lou (Miller) Hites. She married Dustin Schmohe on Oct. 5, 2002, at First United Methodist Church, Altamont. She was a housewife and loved spending time with her husband, sons, nieces, nephews, many aunts and uncles, friends and family.

Surviving are her husband, Dustin Schmohe of Effingham; sons, Trevor Lee Schmohe and Alexander Michael Schmohe, both at home; parents, James and Mary Lou Hites of Effingham; brother, Matthew “Rusty” (wife, Natasha) Hites of Effingham; and seven nieces and nephews, Matthew II, Marcus, Mackynzie, Donnovan, Annastasia, Kaleb, and Lukas.

Jamie was preceded in death by her grandparents, James R. and Ethel Marie Hites and Robert E. and Leona Mae Miller.
