Deborah C. “Deb” Alldredge, 50, of Effingham, passed away at 10:40 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital, Effingham.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Bauer Funeral Home, Effingham. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Deb’s family or to the donor’s choice. Online condolences may be left at www.bauerfh.com.
Deborah was born June 17, 1962, in Effingham, the daughter of Albert and Anna (Greger) Feldhake. Deb served her country as a military wife for 12 years. She married Allan Alldredge on Feb. 13, 1982 in Island Grove. They later divorced, but to this union, they had two children.
Deborah is survived by her son, Shaun and daughter, Megan (Nicky) Stein, both of Effingham; mother, Anna Sparling of Effingham; granddaughter, Lillian “Lillybug” Stein; sisters, Gail (Terry) Kraft of Effingham and Mary (Elmer) Lawyer of Pesotum; brothers, Dave (Kelly) Feldhake, Dan (Sandy) Feldhake, Don (Pam) Feldhake and Duane Feldhake, all of Effingham; stepsister, Vicki (Todd) Probst of Wheeler; stepbrothers, David Sparling of Effingham and Tom (Mary) Sparling of Topeka, Kan.; and several nieces and nephews.
Deborah was preceded in death by her father, Albert; stepfather, Pearly Tom Sparling; grandparents, Ralph and Elsie Hook, Frank Feldhake and Robert and Florence Brady; several aunts and uncles.
