She was born March 17, 1971, in Effingham, daughter of Darrell and Martha Lou Petra Gallup. The world has lost a wonderful, kind, generous, loving, caring and beautifully unique woman who will be greatly missed by her loved ones. Carol was a one-of-a-kind woman. She had a heart of gold and was always kind and generous to everyone she would meet. Carol had never met a stranger. She would talk to someone like she had known them forever. She was a laid back kind of girl. Her thoughts were always gentle and understanding; she would push a fly out the door, rather than to swat it. Carol was a people-pleaser and always went out of her way to make others feel at ease.
Surviving are her husband, Floyd Webb; two sons, Zachary and Nathaniel Hufford; her mother, Martha Gallup; a brother, Norman; her cherished cats, Lilly and Sebastian; and her saltwater tank of various species.
