— Mary Josephine Scott Matheney, 84, of San Diego, formerly of Toledo, retired secretary, died Saturday, May 23, 2009.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Barkley Funeral Chapel, Toledo, with interment in Janesville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at the funeral chapel. Memorials may be made to Mary Josephine Matheney Light of Knowledge Scholarship and sent to Barkley Funeral Home, Toledo, or to Ms. Peggy Sandgren, vice president of development at Elmhurst College, 190 Prospect Ave., Elmhurst, IL 60126.
