Utility vehicles from Kansas City Power and Light line up outside the Petro gas station Tuesday to refuel before heading to Milford, Conn., to help bring power back to Superstorm Sandy victims. Martin Putnam, a construction supervisor for the company, said the group had 62 people and 40 vehicles, and spends around $4,000 on gas each time they stop to refuel.
